I need either a complete hard drive, or the PCB for the following hard drive:

Maxtor Diamondmax 21 320GB PATA 3.5 SERIES 7200.10
STM3320620A
FIRMWARE 3.AAE

Not sure if it's necessary, but the S/N and P/N are as follows:
S/N 9QF6JFL3
P/N 9DP04G-326

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
