I have a PCB date code 05452, that otherwise matches yours. Here's my problem... I either need the same PCB as you, or I just need to replace the molex interface on it.. you see, mine melted, but the PCB itself looks okay. Perhaps we could work out a deal... if you can get me a molex connector and I can get this data off the drive, I can give you my PCB once I'm done recovering my data.
