Hi guys does somebody has a logic board for WD Caviar 400 model # is WD400bb-00dea0 I really need it is clicking and I really want all my files from it, I tryed some logic boards with close firmware # but no succes I think I need an identical one.
There s any way to to this some other way?Like take the platers and put them in another HD?

Manufacturing date is 16 aug 2002
PCB model# is 2060-001129-001

hi your board got to match the right one
which is underneath looks like a white bar code with a long number
it wont work if you do not match this up.
the fault with your board is corrupted firmware or faulty driver chip |
