I have a hard drive with the following information:
On the HD label itself:

S/N: WCAL73530686

MDL: WD2500JB-00GVA0

DATE: 19 FEB 2005

DCM: HSBHCT2AH



On the label on the PCB itself:

2061-001265-200 AH XC 1X33 oWFB 3 0003330 5333

My Motor Control Chip blew on the PCB does anyone have the correct PCB I need to use to just swap the U12 chip?
