Can you describe what is wrong with your drive?
Very often PCB is not at fault on Seagate.

Hi,
If your HDD is totally off (not spin) when power on, you could try to swap PCB although nobody could promise that swap PCB should work. However, swap PCB is the first step of repairing HDD.
If it doesn't work, we suggest you to find a pro near you if data is quite important.

I think you should just skip this option completely and go for a new one. Try to buy it from the e commerce sites like Amazon, eBay, and Flipkart. They offer the best price and maybe they can even surprise you with prices lower than you can imagine.
