Excuse me, for my english...but I don speak it frequenty...
I need of a (maybe old) Seagate Barracuda ST3500820AS, 500 GB, 7200.11. I want buy it new (not regenerate). Anybody can help me?
My hard disk is broken, my pc bios not read it..
Its feautres: P/N 9BX134-100
Firmware: LC11
S Code: KRATSG.
Please, help me.

Your firmware is affected by the 7200.11 BSY bug. The symptom is that the drive spins up but is not detected. A replacement board will not help.

hi,
would you like to explain what happen with your drive?
does it spin up? (you can touch it and feel has vibration or not )
can you find out any damaged parts on PCB or hard drive?
