I've been trying to find a replacement PCB for my Samsung drive for close to 2 years now. Bought a few off eBay and while it was the same model of drive, it wasn't from the same manufacturing batch, and thus didn't work 
Anyway hoping I might have some better luck here 
Samsung
Model: SP1213C
Date: 2003.12
P/N: 0694J1FWC04215
P/V MS
Not sure if I'm typing out the correct #s so will post these pictures of the drive as well.
   
Hoping someone might still have this drive. |

| Ok will take the pcb off and take a picture of the back side. You have to click the pics I posted above, as they are only thumbnails. But once you click them you'll see their full size. |

| Problem solved. I found an exact version of my drive on ebay, and after swapping the pcb was able to copy all the data off it |
