DATE: 28 APR 2005
DCM: ESCHCVJAH

STARTED THE SYSTEM AND CMOS DIDN'T FIND THE H.D.D. OPENED THE H.D.D AND FOUND THAT THE SMOOTH IC WAS BURNT. REPLACED WITH SAME ONE BUT THERE IS NO SPIN UP. PLZ HELP

Either bad work on smooth re-soldering or some other short on a board.
