I'm looking for a replacement PCB for a Quantum Fireball lct10
20.4AT P/N LB20A011 Rev01-A
Main IC: D760006GJ 102
Other chip: TDA5247HT
Other chip 2: Quantum MS241C3 34S
PM DM T91110
ALB3 0930

Here's the situation: drive was in an old HP desktop that sat in storage for about 10 years. Desktop no longer powers up but the secondary hard drive that was in it is fine when hooked up to a USB enclosure. The Quantum drive however does not spin up at all or give any signs of life EXCEPT that an LED on the bottom of the PCB glows green for about 15 seconds and then turns off.

Not at all sure if a PCB swap is even worth trying given the situation. Any thoughts?
