I really need this kind of HDD so here are all the specs:

Drive Parameters: LBA 312581808 160.0 GB

S/N WMAL91219674
MDL: WD1600JD - 00HBB0
Date: 26 May 2004
DCM: HSBACTJAA

My HDD just doesnt power up and when i hook it to any computer the bios just hangs up.

It doesnt matter but do you think only PCB will work if the hard drive doesnt want to power up?

If your drive does not power up, its most likely PCB issue.

I got so many offers right now that i dont know from which one should i buy?

All said their PCB works. Is it possible to check if the seller really sent the right pcb from the same batch?
