I just would like to say Thank You for saving me. I had tons of data on my hard drive and I went straight into panic, freaked out zombie, pull the hair out of my scalp mode because I seriously thought I had lost everything. I performed a google search and found your site and information. My hard drive was doing the exact same thing as you described. I then scoured the internet searching for my exact same hard drive which I found on ebay. I wasted no time in getting the drive. I took off the PCB Board and placed it on my hard drive. I then crossed my fingers, feet, ears, eyes and toes and my lord I thought I was in heaven when I saw my hard drive boot up with my data.
