I have a 120 GIG Toshiba HD that was in a Dell Laptop that was taken out because it was hit by virus. I replaced it with a new HD and now I can't start the old HD described above. I am trying to get the data from the old HD. I found an identical Toshiba HD and put in the board in the bad HD and it started spinning but it is not recognized. The firmware is different on the HD theat is identical. Everything is the same except the FW. Can someone help or tell me what I can do to start the old HD and retreive my data please? If you need, I can provide the picture from both these HD. The FW on it is "FM DL 140D"
