Hei everyone!

I'm stuck with seagate 1g drive.... Cannot recover any file from it...
I tried GetDataBack for NTFS - it says that found 116 index allocs, 1237 file starts. After minute or so, it doesn't went through the 1% of work it starts to show me errors like:

Error 22 in HD129: during ReadLba: LBA=1xxxxxxxxxx, CHS-1x-1x-1, Cnt=64

And this error goes till the end of searching. After that I even cannot see those found files...

This disk fell down from the table, but really doesn't make any clicking noise. When it fell it was spinning but not connected to PC usb. Bios recognises it, i can see it, sometimes i can see the files, bus i cannot copy or see some of the folders.

The other important thing that it halts the PC for 5 secs after evert 2 secs.

What can it be??? Does anyone had this kind of problem? Suggestions?
Really tried a lot of software but without results.

SpinRite 6 - shows me an Error in red screen when it reaches that point where data cannot be read. Other software shows quite the same....

After a fall, drive developed a scratch and a little dust chipped off the platter.
Using many different programs on your drive won't help and probably made thing even worth.

First step is to make an image of your drive and then work with that image, not your drive.

I believe in order to image your drive you will have to use some advanced imaging programms.
