Wow! This was so easy and it worked like a charm! I found this site http://www.onepcbsolution.com/ and for 40 bucks I got the board i needed, printed instructions, and the little torx screwdriver! The board was not an exact match but that didn't matter at all! I just switched them and it spun right up! Thanks for everyone posting their success stories to bolster my confidence in this process! Wow! What they don't want you to know!
