I'm searching for the right replacement PCB for my Maxtor harddisk. Is it right that my firmware version is H7YA? I looked at the known online sellers (Softcom, nands, Ultratec) but couldn't find a matching board nor hdd.
Do you have a compatible PCB or do you know which firmware version would work too? Please let me know.

The specifications of my disk are:
Code: YAR41BWO K,M,B,D
SN: Y62FEXJE Model: 6Y200P0A60901
LBA: 398297088 Mfg.Date: 29JAN2004

On the front:
Y62FEXJE FY06A

On the PCB:
301599100 CALYPSO III
agere 040111300 SMOOTH L7250E 1.2

On the IDE connector:
H7FYA (Firmware version?) 0712308CMY

On the molex connector:
CABDEPGG

I just want to say that I found a solution to repair my disk. And it was not at all with the same type of board.
So what Seagate support says about the last pair of numbers but one is not really correct.

The PCB comes from another dead hard drive:
Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9 200GB
Code: YAR41BWO K,M,B,D Model: 6Y200P0A62811 Mfg.Date: 05JUL2004

The chipsets are quiet different from those on my disk:
301862101 CALYPSO/KOI_P/THERM agere C8-C1 040111300 SMOOTH L7250E 1.2
version M8FYB

Fortunately it works and I have access again to all my data!
The code: YAR41BWO seems to be important, not this version M8FYB.

You can find this PCB at the Softcom eBay store:

I hope this can be helpful to other people...
