Desperately need a PCB for my girlfriends dead drive...

Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9 80GB ATA/133 HDD

6Y080P013613

Internals:
Controller Chip: C5-C1 875UK (040110200)
Firmware: D8FYA

It's a 2 platter setup with what appears to be 3 heads. I ordered another 80GB drive from E-Bay, but found it to be about 6-months newer with a different chipset & firmware with a single platter...
