Hi guys,

Looks as if my firmware got corrupted or fried on my drive and I am hoping a replacing of the logic board will fix it. I had dropped it of to Optimum Data Recovery and they reported it is corrupted forum and then "unstable head disk assembly", which I dont think is probably true. I think this system took some electric surge which just fried everything. So they wanted to charge me like $2250 which is crazy, andI would rather just try replacing the logic board myself.
