Hi, I am looking for a PCB for my Western Digital WD Caviar SE16 disk.

the numbers of my disk are:
MDL: WD5000KS-00MNB0
DATE: 30 SEPT 2006
DCM: HBACAJAH
PCB #: 2061-701383-E00 AE

Product of Malaysia

if any of you has a compatible PCB for this drive please contact me.
