I am looking for a PCB for the following

Wester Digital
WD800BB-00DKA0
Date 09 May 2003
DCM: DSBHCTJAH
Enhanced IDE Hard Drive
LBA 156301488 80G

The sticker on the board has the following information:
2061-001159-100 E XW 1H15 7P8S 9 0005440 3445

Fried motor controler chip.

Any help would be much appreciated.
