Need the PCB for a Seagate ST3300831A 300 GB drive Firmware 3.01. This is my last ditch before resorting to data recovery services. It seems to detect at first but after a minute or two it seems to get locked in some sort of seek pattern or something and starts clicking - I'm hoping it's not an internal arm failure because it's not a loud click and it's a fairly complex click pattern - could it be a drive motor failure? Does that happen? The machine I pulled it out of suffered damage from brownout conditions which ruined a few other components (bad RAM, the other hard disk corrupted the windows registry, bad times)

I've tried putting the drive in another machine and running SpinRite and Zero Assumption Recovery but to no avail. Any ideas? Is it worth my time replacing the PCB? There does not appear to be any visible damage to it...
