I have a West. Dig. WD1200B008 -RNN external hard drive...think it is dead...makes clunkin' noises and the spin is constant and loud! Computer doesnt recognize the drive upon boot up...been reading forum on board replacement....however cant seem to find the firmware # on label underneath board...can anyone help?
