OK, I was not careful and plugged my Laptop 19v power cord into my hard drive. Smoke. Panic. Hard drive DEAD. Sent the PCB to deadharddrive guru "sunny" who can be reached at sunnydreamspace@hotmail.com. He is located in China. I received from him a new reprogrammed PCB that worked perfectly. EXCELLENT service in every category. Simply an honest, competent, friendly gentlemen. After dealing with him, I feel I have a fixed Hard Drive AND a friend ! What a great experience. Highly recommended
