I'm looking for a Western Digital drive that matches my broken drive. The important part I need is the circuit board on the bottom.

PCB (sticker on circuit board): 2061-001160-100 D
MDL: WD1200JB-00DUA3
Date: 12 June 2003
DCM: HSBHNAJAH
