Hi. My freeagent drive died probably after I accidentally knocked it over while moving a computer table. The drive was on the floor so it wasn't a hard drop. My computer doesn't recognize the drive and I hear it spinning. I tried to hook it up to my laptop with no success.

Took it to a data recovery specialist who has over 20 years experiences in this and said the motor is busted. And said I need to find one that has almost the exact specs as the one I have.

I have over 4 years worth of my kids pictures in there and would do anything to recover them.

Any help on this is greatly appreciated!
