Is that a Barracuda 7200.10 or 7200.11?
You can not do a direct PCB swap on a 7200.11 series as the ROM contains adaptive information about the faulty which is needed.

On both 7200.10 & 7200.11 it is necessary to match the site code as well as the FW & model when PCB swapping.
