If I can't find a great match maybe close may be good as the bios chip on mine doesn't look to be fried. Not really thrilled with having to try switching it out so hoping for a workable match. Anyways get back to me? Thanks all! |

It would be near to impossible to match a rom version to your drive.
Where are you located?
I can offer to do a swap for you.

| I'm in the Portland, Oregon area. Thanks for the offer but what kind of swap are we talking about? It's not a critical drive and has been dead a few years but there are some files I would like to get off of it. It looks like the main controller chip got toasted but the rom chip looks ok for what it's worth. Anyways thanks again and look forward to your reply. |
