Further to my last post (about 20 minutes ago) I realised that any any WD3200 PCB part will do with the following number printed on the PCB 2060-701314-002 Rev. A

Usually it seems that these are on the WD3200BB-22KEA0 (quite rare) and the WD3200JB-00KFA0 (not so rare)

As I understand I should be able to resolder the U12 ROM chip to get things going again?

If any one can help it would be great,
