Mainly interested in the logic board. Specs are
16,383 cyl, 16 HDS, 63 Sec Seagate Barracuda ATA IV.

Its IDE, with a firmware code of 3.19.

Any thoughts on where to get the board if drive is not available...or how to trouble shoot would be appreciated. I'm pretty sure I just fried something when I accidently touched the power connector in backwards. Drive spings up....but now getting the dreaded "click, click, click" sounds

Your click, click, click isn't a pcb problem but motor problems so i think you cazn repair it yourself.
