I am trying to find a replacement board for my 40 GB Maxtor. There are three currenlt on EBay.

Mine:

HDA - 06a
PCBA - 06a
Unique - 36A
Code - DA620TQO

EBay:
HDA: 08A

PCBA: 12A

Unique: A5A

Code: DA620RS0
-----------------------

And on with just the code:
