Does anyone know if it is possible to purchase new laptop HD logic boards directly from Seagate? My Acer laptop came with a 250gb Seagate HD, and it failed after only 18 months of pampered use. I went to Seagate.com but there didn't seem to be an option to contact them directly concerning this issue.

AFAIK Seagate doesn't sell boards or parts. :-(
